What is included

Up to five marketing pages, a tailored visual direction, copy based on your approved business inputs, responsive layouts, scroll interactions, a lead form, basic search setup, domain connection and two consolidated revision rounds. Ecommerce, custom software, memberships, large migrations, integrations and additional pages require a separate written scope and price.

Agreement and schedule

A saved brief is not a paid order or reserved production slot. Before payment, we confirm the page list, package fit, one approver, start date, deployment destination and ongoing hosting cost. If your requested date is unavailable, we offer another date before collecting payment. The first working preview target is five business days after both complete intake and the agreed start date. Customer feedback and approval determine the launch date.

Revisions and changes

Your named approver supplies one consolidated list per round. Two rounds are included. Additional refinements start at $150 and require a written scope and your agreement before we charge or begin them. New pages, a new design direction or new functionality are separately scoped. We correct our defects and missing agreed scope without consuming revision rounds or charging for extra work.

Cancellation and refunds

You receive a full refund if you cancel before production begins or if we cannot accept the agreed scope or start date. After production begins, the package is allocated to these deliverables:

• Approved scope and copy: 20% of the package price.
• First working website preview: 50% of the package price.
• Revisions and handoff: 30% of the package price.

We retain only the allocation for completed deliverables that we have supplied to you and refund the rest. If no deliverable has been completed and supplied, we refund the whole payment. A milestone cannot be retained merely because work started. We supply an itemized record with the cancellation calculation. These allocations apply equally to both advertised prices.

If agreed work is missing or defective, contact us so we can correct it at no additional charge. If we cannot provide the agreed deliverable, its allocation is refunded. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ownership, hosting and handoff

You retain your domain and supplied content. Handoff includes the agreed source and assets, license information, owner access and one compatible deployment. Third-party fonts, photography, software and other licensed materials remain subject to their licenses. You confirm that you have permission to use the materials you supply.

Thirty days of hosting and defect support are included after launch. Before payment, we confirm your ongoing hosting choice and actual cost. Domain renewals and separately approved third-party subscriptions are additional. No recurring subscription starts automatically. Optional care is separately agreed and is not included in the one-time purchase.

Approvals and communication

Michael La Spisa handles delivery and customer follow-up. Missing materials or approvals may pause work; we communicate a revised schedule. Silence is not approval to publish. No website, lead volume, sales, advertising result or search ranking is guaranteed.
